Because the person who ran the bot in ffa is a friend from Omega. He cheats and doesn't want his leaders to know who he is.

If he used his bot to message people in there, he would get deleted, and besides why would people join R when a Omega country tells em to? Omega isn't the fearful alliance that you'd think it is.

So we use it in FFA. Got a problem with it? Bring it on.
